About Me

I’m a psychologist, mental health coach, mother of two amazing humans, and world traveler who believes it’s never too late to create a life that feels meaningful, joyful, and truly your own.

My journey has taken me from India to Nigeria to the United States, growing up surrounded by diverse cultures, experiences, and people who shaped my deep appreciation for human connection and resilience. Before stepping into the world of psychology, I spent years working in private banking in Manhattan, living what looked like a successful life on the outside — until a cancer diagnosis changed everything. That experience became the catalyst for profound transformation, leading me to leave corporate life behind and pursue my true calling. I went on to earn my master’s and doctorate degrees from New York University, dedicating my life to helping others navigate change, heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

Today, my work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, humor, and the belief that even life’s hardest moments can become turning points toward something better. I help people move beyond simply “getting through” life and begin creating lives that genuinely feel good to live — not perfect, polished, or performative, but deeply aligned with who they truly are. As a wife of nearly four decades, a mother, a cancer survivor, and someone who has experienced both uncertainty and reinvention firsthand, I understand how messy and beautiful personal growth can be.

Whether you’re facing a major life transition, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something more, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, your joy, and the version of yourself you’re meant to become.
